You can schedule an appointment by calling our clinic’s reception desk during operating hours or by using our online appointment booking system on our website.
We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturdays /Sundays/Holidays from 8:00 AM-2PM.
You may make an appointment to see an available doctor of your choice, or you may “walk-in” at any time during clinic hours to see the doctor managing the “walk-in” clinic on that day.
Yes, for the safety of our patients and staff, we have implemented COVID-19 protocols. All patients are asked to maintain social distancing, and use hand sanitizers provided. All patients with respiratory complaints, will be required to wear a mask.
We offer a wide range of primary healthcare services including general check-ups, minor procedures, chronic disease management, and more.
No, M-Care is a primary care clinic and there are no specialists on our team. Where specialist care becomes necessary, patients are REFERRED by our primary care doctors to the appropriate specialist.
You may request prescription refill by sending a request by email or WhatsApp or by calling the front desk directly. Once the request for prescription is made, the attending physician will determine whether the prescription may be written. A response to your prescription request will follow within 24 hours.
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and some health insurance plans. Please check with our receptionist about your specific insurance coverage.
M-Care does not have an on-site pharmacy, however there are pharmacies very nearby in the vicinity. (Within 100 yards of the clinic.)
Yes, if necessary, our doctors will provide you with referrals to specialists.
We will guide you through the process and ensure you are referred appropriately.
All test results will be reported to you by either the doctor or the clinic nurse. (Even if results are normal) Review of test results may be done by telephone call, Telemed consult, or in-person consultation.
You may have a copy of your test results on request. Once those results have been reported to you by clinic doctor or nurse.
Medical Report/Summary will be issued to you upon request. You will have to complete a release form unless the report is requested by Legal Authorities, for your Receiving Doctor or your Insurance Company. Please allow a few business days for processing.
It’s recommended to schedule a routine check-up at least once a year. However, the frequency might vary based on your age, health condition, and risk factors. Our doctors will provide personalized recommendations
Yes, we offer telemedicine appointments for existing registered patients. Our special M-Care Telemed service is offered through a secure on-line portal and is reserved for non-emergency medical problems, review of results or general counselling and advice.
Membership Program FAQS
Registered patients may enroll in the program by filling out a simple form. This form may be completed on the website (found here) or at the clinic location.
“No”. In order to enroll in the program, you must be a registered patient.
As of now, the benefit offered in the program is one complimentary consultation after 5 swipes of the card by any person in your group.
Updates and messages about other exclusive offers for members will be sent by email or SMS message.
“Yes”. Any person in the group may swipe the membership card.
Loyalty points may be redeemed for medical consultations only. Loyalty points may not be redeemed for other services. (Procedures/medications etc.)
“No”. there is no expiration date. Loyalty points may be redeemed whenever the cardholder wishes.
Loyalty points are accumulated/earned ONLY for paid “Medical Consultations”.

Insurance FAQs
At present, Payments may be made with SAGICOR CARICARE cards only. Except in this case, patients are expected to pay for services rendered.
If your insurance plan isn’t listed, you need to pay for services upfront and then submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement. We can provide you with a detailed receipt to facilitate this process.
Copayments are necessary when SAGICOR CARICARE CARD is used. Deductibles vary based on the insurance plan. Please check your plan details or contact your insurance provider for more information.
